The NeilMed Sinus Rinse system allows you to make 240ml of saline solution with each sachet. Thus you have a large volume available to perform a true nasal rinse. The solution made by the NeilMed sachet will not burn or sting since it is a pH neutral solution with sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate in exact proportions. Moreover, the ingredients in each sachet are identical giving the user the same solution each and every time they make it.

NeilMed's sachets should be used with NeilMed's Patented 240 ml Nasal Irrigation Bottle device to achieve the best results. However you may use NeilMed's sachets with other irrigation devices as long as you mix with the correct volume of water.

Each Sinus Rinse packet contains a preservative free mixture of Sodium Chloride and Sodium Bicarbonate that is pH balanced.
